To bring ESG transformation to the workspace Mission Guide has developed a methodology to automate ESG performance management.
Step 1 - Self scan
Your ESG journey has started and to give you some grip in the beginning we offer two free online scans. One to get an indication on the readiness of the companies data landscape to give datadriven management to ESG. Get a ESG/CSRD Data Readiness Indication

Step 2 - Assessing
From step two and on wards we offer guided services that line up for ESG Performance management.
The first thing we start with is an ESG Data Readiness Assessment to investigate the ability of the company to provide data driven management to ESG. It will depend on the ambitions of the board and the data readinessm whether or not to spend time on organising the data for the next steps.
Based on the current data landscape the ESG Maturity Assessment will be executed. This means that the available data will be processed by the ESG Maturity Metrics Algorithm (EMMA). Once the ESG Maturity Metrics are calculated it is clear how the company - on the level of the main business units - scores on the ESG Business Strategy framework.
Step 3 Reporting
In the ESG Benchmark Report the outcomes of the assessments will be presented. The report will give a clear idea of the companies position compared to peers and the industry. Conclusions and recommendations will be drawn from a SWOT analysis based on maturity metrics in combination with organisational patterns.
Step 4 On boarding
After the first cycle the company is ready to be on boarded on the ESG Performance platform.
