What is being examined?
The ESG Data Readiness Assessment examines two questions:
How to automate the generation of required ESG data?
To what extent can data-driven management be provided for ESG?
How is the assessment conducted?
Depending on the size of the organisation, the assessment takes 5 to 10 working days. Various sub-questions are answered through online scans, interviews, and sample checking. Typically, a conversation with the board about ambitions takes place first. Then, knowledge holders from the key business units are interviewed. These include at least people from procurement, production, HR, and sales. However, facility management, logistics, and IT are also covered. Additionally, an online scan will be sent to a broader audience.
